Hello and welcome…
A few years ago, I came across family constellations and was struck by how quickly and deeply a constellation reveals hidden dynamics and unspoken feelings.
After my first constellation, I was deeply moved by what I had experienced, and felt that it helped me to release some long held grief, a grief that had impacted two generations before me and that I was still carrying.
Constellations work via the body, by sensing in to what is happening in the present moment. By staying open and connected, representing and being part of a constellation circle, can itself be a healing experience and there is something very powerful about working in a group, where there are often common themes and resonances.
After a few years of exploring constellations, I completed an intensive, 18 month facilitator training with Barbara Morgan. I have also had training with Stephan Hausner (symptoms and illness), Ty Francis (Men and Women/Organisational Constellations). I am a member of ISCA (International Systemic Constellations Association) and I have regular supervision. My own learning and personal growth is a lifetime journey and I take courses, read and participate in constellations as often as I can.
In 2008, I completed my coaching certification with the Co-Active Training Institute and am a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) and in 2023 I trained as a SoulCollageTM facilitator.
