How I work

Sometimes we need support, time to connect with who we are and move forward. Whether you are longing for change, going through a transition or you just have a sense that life is not fulfilling you in the way it used to, having someone beside you can make change much easier.

My on-going one to one sessions combine coaching and constellations work and I bring warmth, insight and intuition to my work, supporting you to be more present with yourself, to drop down to you deeper needs and longings. I can help you find your own answers, learn to trust yourself and your decisions, and find more joy and fulfilment. Coaching, like constellations, is about our present moment awareness. Lasting change takes time and as we let go of who we were and move forward one step at a time, it is also important to look at how we resource ourselves and how we accompany ourselves on the journey.

1:1 Constellations

Sometimes an issue might feel too private to work with in a group of strangers. It may be the first time anyone in your family has looked at the issue, or something that has rarely been talked about. This can be challenging as we reveal secrets and events that our families have kept hidden.

I work online in two ways:

  • with a live, experienced group of representatives

  • using figures and objects to represent aspects of the system

I also run regular, in-person workshops in London.

1:1 Coaching

My coaching approach is based on the view that you don’t need rescuing or fixing and you have your own answers. Coaching is a way to get curious about what is happening in your life and in the present moment so that you can move forward.

Coaching helps with getting to what is really important, finding a viewpoint and a stance that supports forward movement and the time and space to face those more difficult aspects of ourselves that are not helping us, that need attention and compassion.

Coaching can help with:

  • Moving through blocks and patterns

  • Gaining a deeper sense of ourselves and what is important in our lives

  • Looking at what needs to be healed so that we can move forward

  • More trust, joy and aliveness
