Flow of Love - One day family constellations workshop in London

  • Myecnae House 90 Mycenae Road London, England, SE3 7SE United Kingdom (map)

Sometimes what we struggle with is bigger than us. Family constellations look at the whole system, not just the individual, so we can see what is out of place, what is missing or forgotten and what movement needs to happen. A constellation is a a living map where we can explore the hidden dynamics, entanglements and stuck patterns that are impacting our current situation. This is deeply experiential work, less about talking or analysing and more about sensing into what is present and true. There is a great freedom in acknowledging the sometimes painful truth of what is, bringing about huge release and relief and, when we are ready, allowing new possibilities to emerge and more life and love to flow through us.

Please bring an issue to work with, people will be chosen at random on the day. Everyone will have the opportunity to represent, an experience that can be as profound as a personal constellation, allowing us to sense into the shifts and movements of the constellation. I have personally found that there can often be uncanny resonances with our own lives and systems. While we will look at others within your family, the focus is on the important facts rather than the story.

There will be a short introduction to constellations, and a mini constellation for participants to experience representative perception, then most of the day will be spent doing whole constellations. No previous experience is required.
